Organisations exist primarily to create value by bringing individuals together. However, the complexities of interaction within an organisation often get so overwhelming that value creation takes a backseat. How many of us can confidently say that the organisations we are part of, or see around us, are creating value at every level?
VALUABLING strives to ask questions about the way problems are solved in organisations. The questions are often uncomfortable and sometimes take the form of limericks.
